Online therapy has been becoming increasingly popular in the past decade and with the spread of COVID-19 it has now become necessary and commonplace. As we remain in various stages of lockdown, our online therapists continue to provide counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and other forms of therapy using Skype or Zoom. While the thought of communicating through Skype or Zoom might elicit some initial apprehension for clients, we are finding it to be just as effective as sessions held in person and even seeing many clear benefits.
